Most of you know this already, but in case you don’t, we are moving to Nashville in a few weeks! Well, specifically we are trying to move to Franklin, TN, which is just south of the city. Franklin is where I do most of my co-writing and where many of my friends live or work. We are closing on the sale of our home up here in Mogadore in less than two weeks and we have been looking for places to rent down there, to no avail yet.
We have an amazing agent who is going to bat for us, and I figured I’d also reach out to my amazing network here to see if anyone knows someone with a rental property down there. I’d love to rent from a human, and preferably not a corporation.
We are looking for a 3 bedroom home with what they call a “bonus room” down there. Usually the bonus room is over the garage. They aren’t big on basements! Anyway, the bonus room is where I’ll do all my studio work, and it will allow me to bring people in to work with me easily.
Franklin is the goal! Thompson station and Spring Hill could work too. Let us know if you know someone! We are confident there’s already a space down there for us; we just haven’t found it yet.
